Role: Mobile Supervisor

Top Security are seeking to recruit Mobile Supervisors to join our expanding team.  The position is based out of our head office in Ballymount, Dublin 24.

Top Security is a locally-focused security company providing unmatched security solutions to meet the needs of thousands of businesses throughout Ireland. Our  main service offerings are on-site, mobile and remote guarding combined with security systems and corporate risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Security Officers on Site
• Carry out Mobile Patrol (including open and lockups) and Alarm Response activities as required
• Liaise with Clients and Company Management to ensure security duties are carried out to their specification ensuring agreed standards are maintained.
• Complete and submit site inspection reports and detailed incident reports as required. 
• Ensure staff are equipped to carry out assigned duties and Company standards are complied with at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Legislation, Health & Safety regulations and Client and Company policy.
• We may require you to work shift patterns, therefore you will be required to have a flexible approach to the work offered

Experience & Skills Required: 

Security: minimum of 2 years (mandatory)
Supervisor experience (of advantage)

• Experience within the Security industry.
• Experience of incident control.
• Must have relevant documents to work in Ireland
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
• To be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise. 
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and integrity.
• Good working knowledge of Dublin and Greater Dublin Areas

Licence or Certification Required:

• Current PSA Licence
• Driving Licence

Of advantage:

• First Aid certificate
• Safepass
• Own transport
