This form enables our customers to request changes to account details. Keyholders and their priority, passcodes, telephone numbers, address and special instructions can be changed. For security reasons we cannot accept changes by email.
To make a change, simply print this form and return it to us by fax or post. Our fax and address details are on the bottom of the form. To authenticate the change your account or digi number is required.
