CAREERS Assistant Operations Manager
Top Security, Dublin wish to recruit an Assistant Operations Manager, to work as part of a busy Operations Team. This is a field based role.
Duties:
Manage, develop, train and motivate field based staff
Responsible for client site operations
Resolving issues
Attending daily handover meetings
Skills Required:
• Security Industry knowledge
• Leadership and management experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be customer service orientated
• Attention to detail
